Exercise Makes You Sexier!

Before you get the wrong idea, keep reading.

I’m not talking about sexy as in the way your body looks. The fact is, women can feel sexy at ANY size or shape, just like they can feel unsexy at any size or shape.

What I’m talking about is the fact that exercising gives you confidence - and confidence is sexy!

One of the BIGGEST changes I’ve had, and the one my husband comments about the most, is the changes I have had in my confidence. I have more confidence now than I’ve EVER had the entire time he’s known me ❤️🔥 In fact, more than ever in my entire LIFE.

When you take care of your body, when you feed it well and exercise regularly, something shifts inside you. No matter what size you are, the shift still happens.

I see it in my clients ALL THE TIME.

Taking that action, STARTING, moving and improving gives MASSIVE confidence immediately. It’s fact!

I’m telling you - if you want to feel sexy, if you want to feel energized and ready to take on the world, start exercising regularly!

Don’t do it for weight loss. It’s too easy for it to seem like a chore. Do it for the health of it. Do it because of how good it makes you feel!

It doesn’t matter what exercises you do. It really truly doesn’t. Even for weight loss, it doesn’t matter. Weight loss comes primarily from nutrition, not what you do in the gym. That should be a relief! Takes the pressure off! There is no wrong way to exercise (except safely of course lol). You just have to DO IT.

If you are someone that HATES running, then don’t try and make yourself run every day! You will never stick with it, and you will feel like a failure.

Instead, find workouts and movement that you actually ENJOY doing. Because that is how you are going to maintain long term consistency.

I’ve had clients that chose to only go hiking during our time working together. That’s great! I have others who chose to play volleyball on a team, others who went swimming regulalry, some who loved working out at home, and some that loved being in the gym! I’ve had clients that prefer to do group classes at the gym, and those that prefer to workout alone.

IT DOESN’T MATTER WHAT YOU DO, AS LONG AS YOU ARE DOING SOMETHING.

Here’s the other thing you need to know: You can not target fat loss in a specific area of your body. It is not physiologically possible. Any fitness person that puts out some workout routine that claims to target a body fat area is simply using a marketing tactic. Same with any supplement claiming to target belly fat or any other specific area. They are drawing you in by claiming to solve a problem for you.

The reality is, your body will burn body fat wherever it has body fat to burn, in whatever order it wants to. All you can do is take actions that lead to burning body fat in general, and allow your body to work through it.

Just like you can’t target where to GAIN body fat.

We all have different trouble areas, right? Some women gain a lot of at in their arms, or around their face. Others gain in their things or booty. Some it goes straight to their belly. Some gain it equally everywhere.

On the other side of that, we all lose it differently. And we tend to have a spot that is the last place our body loses it. For me, it’s my belly and my thighs. I’m kind of a pear shape. My arms ALWAYS look scrawny, even when I was at my heaviest. That’s just what my body does, and there is nothing I can do about it!

If you have a lot of body fat to lose, focus on taking actions that put your body into fat burning mode. Dial in your nutrition, and do regular workouts that you enjoy doing that will get your heart rate up.

With time, those actions will results in body fat loss! As one area runs out of fat to burn, it’ll start to come from another area. Or maybeyour body burns it everywhere (in which case you’re lucky lol).

The only thing you can target is muscle growth. Strength building. Toning, definition. If you want toned arms, you would do exercises that specifically target those muscles. If you want a tight toned belly, you would do core work. Don’t run every day as your exercise and expect to get toned arms lol.

I hope this helps you today! I hope that understanding there is no wrong thing to do takes some pressure off. Exercise is good for your health, and it’s good for your confidence. You just have to START. Just do SOMETHING.

You will immeditately start to feel better. You will start to feel more confident.

And in turn, you will feel sexier!

Remember, life gets to be amazing. All you have to do is take action!
