Should I start drinking celery juice?
How much Apple cider vinegar do I need each day?
What essential oils do I need for my metabolism?
How often should I eat?
I don’t eat past 6pm them it’s too close to bedtime.
I need to avoid carbs.
I need to cut gluten and dairy.
How soon after I workout should I eat?
I need lemon water right before bed.
A green smoothie a day! Lots of kale.
Red meat is bad.
Is butter bad?
What protein powder do I need?
What vitamin should I take?
I need to spend an hour a day at the gym.
How do I get more fruits and veggies?
Fruits and veggies have carbs, I can’t have them.

LADIES. STOP. I get these questions/comments way too much.

What you have is a serious case of FONDE (pronounced fawn-dee). Fear Of Not Doing Enough

No wonder you get so overwhelmed trying to lose weight!! Look at all the things you’re trying to do! All the things you’re trying to listen to!

There is no magic answer. There is no "one thing" you’re missing.

Stop over complicating things. Stop overthinking things.

Are some things good to do? Sure. Do they provide additional nutrients, or reduce inflammation, etc? Sure. Some do. For some people. And some of these are just false lol.

But it’s not like you HAVE to do all these things to lose weight.

I’ll tell you right now how to lose weight.

1. Eat foods that are close to their natural state, with limited processing or added chemicals or sugar
2. Move your body regularly any way for any amount of time
